Cork Granules
The workhorse of industrial cork — calibrated granules and grain, supplied in bulk.

Calibrated granulated cork from 0.2 to 8 mm, with densities adjustable between 55 and 350 kg/m³. Our portfolio also includes coarse cork grain – broken cork. We classify, calibrate, and supply the material according to granulometry curve and density rather than generic grading — ensuring that the cork arriving at the customer’s pressing line is exactly the cork the formulation was designed for.
Our granules leave the factory after a sequence of processes designed to guarantee supply consistency: granulometry classification through calibrated sieves, density separation, and moisture stabilization. Only after each batch passes these stages does it receive an SKU.
Customers tell us this is what differentiates working with us instead of buying granulated cork on the spot market. The material loaded onto our trucks is the same material described in the technical specification sheet — and it remains consistent from order to order. This stability is the most important factor for our customers operating continuous pressing lines.
The same production line also produces coarse cork grain – broken cork (2–14 mm with densities of 100–130 kg/m³), used as pourable fill in heritage building renovations, lightweight concrete applications, and drainage layers — naturally hydrophobic, dimensionally stable through freeze-thaw cycles, and only a fraction of the weight of mineral aggregates.
