Hospitality

Hotels, restaurants, bars and spas — interiors where acoustics, warmth and durability meet.

Hospitality spaces work hard. They have to look composed, sound calm and survive years of nightly service. Cork is one of the few materials that delivers all three at the same time.

A hotel lobby and a restaurant share an acoustic problem: hard floors, hard ceilings, lots of people. The usual answer is acoustic ceiling tiles that look like an office. The better answer is to bring cork into the design language — as a wall, a ceiling raft, a banquette back — so the room sounds calm and reads as designed.

We work with hospitality architects from concept through installation, including sample boards, mock-up walls and on-site finishing where the project asks for it.

What we deliver

From drawing to installed piece.

  • Restaurant and bar wall and ceiling treatments
  • Hotel lobby cladding, headboards and screens
  • Spa surfaces — warm, hygienic, water-tolerant
  • Custom bar fronts, host stations and feature walls

Why cork here

Sound under control

Restaurants and lobbies live and die on the noise floor. Cork brings reverberation down without adding visible acoustic ceiling tiles.

Warm under hand and foot

Lower thermal effusivity than stone or metal — surfaces read as warm even in cool spaces.

Service-grade durability

Sealed cork holds up to nightly cleaning, knocks and humidity. It ages with character rather than wearing out.
