Cork Rolls
Continuous pressed cork rolls for underlayment, gaskets, pinboards and surface applications.

Calibrated cork rolls in thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm — supplied as continuous webs for underlayment, roll-coating, gasket production and surface finishing. The material is pressed, calendered and cut to length from the same agglomerated line that produces our blocks, which means batch traceability and density consistency come as standard.
Cork rolls are the most adaptable form we produce. The same calibrated granules that press into solid blocks are instead rolled into a continuous web, calendered to a precise thickness and wound onto cores. The result is a material that unrolls cleanly, cuts cleanly, and behaves predictably under pressure — whether it is being laminated to a floor substrate or die-cut into a gasket stack.
Because rolls leave the same line and pass the same density gates as our blocks, the specification you qualify on the first order is the specification you receive on the tenth. That stability is what makes cork rolls viable for long-running automotive gasket programmes and for flooring brands that warranty their acoustic performance across millions of square metres.

Applications
Where cork rolls earn their place.
Floor & impact underlayment
3 – 6 mm rolls beneath engineered wood and laminate floors, delivering 18 – 22 dB impact noise reduction.
Gasket & sealing production
Cork-rubber rolls slit and stamped into gaskets for industrial sealing and vibration damping.
Pinboards & wall surfaces
Self-adhesive cork rolls applied as pinboards, accent walls and acoustic-friendly office surfaces.
Packaging & protective layers
Die-cut cork rolls as cushioning layers for fragile, high-value packaging and transport.
